2009 U.S. Women's Amateur
Sectional Qualifier, Waikoloa Beach Resort Kings' Course,
July 4.
7.4.2009-- Cassy Isagawa
(Wailuku) shot a two-under 70 to claim medalist honors in
excellent conditions today at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Isagawa’s
round included six birdies on the day.
Dottie Ardina
(Philippines) finished with a one-under 71 to claim the 2nd
qualifying berth. Ardina birdied the 18th hole to
claim the 2nd position. Both Isagawa and Ardina
advance to the National Championship being held at Old Warton
Country Club in St. Louis, Missouri Club during the week of
August 3 – 9th. Cyna Marie Rodriguez, Philippines,
shot a 72 to claim the 1st alternate position. Mari
Chun, Pearl City, shot a 72 to claim the 2nd
alternate position. (Rodriguez won on the 1st
play-off hole with Chun for the 1st alternate
position). Scores posted below.
